INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian Head Massage is wonderful for the relief of muscle tension held on the head, and in the neck and shoulders. It is administered using aromatherapy oils of the clients’ choice, by massaging in specific movements over the muscles and on the shoulders, neck and scalp, stimulating the lymphatic and endocrine systems to release toxins. It is extremely beneficial for problems such as:

Migraine, Work Stress, Depression, Exhaustion

The client (ladies only) is required to have their shoulders and arms exposed (a wrap is provided) and to sit in a chair during the treatment. It is inevitable that oil will get into the hair, even if the client has requested that oil is not used there, so it will be necessary to wash the hair after the treatment.

The treatment takes about 1 hour and is extremely relaxing; it is sometimes the case that the client goes into a gentle sleep. It is particularly successful in treating headaches and migraines.

HAND MASSAGE

A hand massage is a complete luxury, starting with massaging the arms, using the client’s choice of oils, then over the backs of the hand, then the palms and then each finger. Reflexology points are massaged through this treatment and the whole experience is completely relaxing and beneficial to the whole energy system.

The treatment will take approximately 45 minutes.
